is the purpose of this forum well-defined?
If I look at the forum title, it says ASP+ (Plus).
If I look at the posts, none of them relates to that new technology.
Does this need more advertising?
I'd rather have a clean ASP+ forum than mixture of HTML and (old-style) ASP posts.
Just my personal opinion.

I agree completely. However, despite the fact that the description of the board specifically states that its about ASP+, people continue to post questions on unrelated topics (HTML, general ASP, etc.) Therefore, the answer to your question is Yes, the board is defined.
So what's the solution? The solution is to create a set of boards related to the different Web-based development technologies so that everyone can more easily post to the correct board. I should have that up by morning (EST).
