Simple examples of CGI with Form Variable/Values would be nice. Most of the C (C++) samples I See are Unix and/or use a library that I cant find or dont understand.

Maybe there are good samples somewhere and if so, I would appreciate a heads ups to them.

Database in a CGI would be nice too. I work in VB for database, but performance is a problem, and I want to scale up.
