Cant add to FAQ

I'm trying to add a question to the ListView control FAQ, but when I click on the Add New FAQ hyperlink it takes me to the page which lists the different discussion groups. How do I post a question??

The OpenFAQs are meant for frequently asked questions WITH THEIR ANSWERS. Unfortunately, we didn't succeed in getting this message across so we've disabled new entries for a while.

You should post your question in the "Visual C++ Programming" forum.
