You probably thought that the subject "Where Is?" indicates I am looking for something, but I am actually suggesting a possible new forum in case it might help. Often people post questions asking about a diversity of subjects, such as where to find graphics algorithms, mathematical algorithms, other compilers, parsers, artificial intelligence, hardware information and more. Perhaps it would help to have a forum for such queries, but I realize this idea is too idealistic. How would we get people to look at the forum to provide answers? The forum would probably be too generic too. Oh well, but I think it would be a good idea anyway.

So what about a forum for graphics programming? I suppose that there are already plenty of forums for that, but I do not know which one(s) would be worth looking at. The forum would not be Windows GDI as much as it would be for Graphics in general and not limited to specific languages exclusively.
