Is there anybody out here that has used the PL/B Programming Language??

And if so, I'm looking for anybody that is (or has been) developing applications for Windows CE using PL/B.

And if not for Windows CE...Anybody using it for any other OS's (i.e. Win 98/NT, Linux, etc)?
