I need help

Oh well, I see this is a forum....so, eh-hem!(clears my throat first)

AND Now! WinSock Programming and TCP/IP....go to amazon.com and type WinSock or TCP/IP and u'll find some books. But a warning first : There's only 5 WinSock books and none of them are good. All of them really sucks. And worse still, the code provided don't work on the latest compilers(Visual C++ 6) and the contents are badly outdated. Most of them are published in 1995 and earlier.....and since WinSock is so boring and only talks about functions like recv(), sendto() and send() stuff all the time, I got sooooooOOOOOO darn sick of it and learn COM/ATL instead. But if you like WinSock and TCP/IP....go ahead and try it, after all.....although WinSock-based applications are not as hot as COM/ActiveX stuff......they definetely suppased that of other applications. :)
