Generally speaking, to get help it is best to describe your problem. If something is wrong, it is best to say what is wrong. For example, I don't know what you mean when you say: "it is not working". In short, be descriptive, or you handicap the ability of anyone else to help you. In this case, my guess is you've simply not described enough for anyone to have any idea what you are talking about. (I have no idea if you mean the services aren't running, don't run, fail, or don't respond on the network, or something else.)
