I want to write a plugin for Outlook 2000 and Exchange. What I want to accomplish is inserting a new menu bar into the Outlook interface, so that when the user enters an email address and hits 'Send' it actually does something different (First sends a file to the recipient, before emailing the message). How can I do this? What is a good starting point? Does MS have a good API to interface with Exchange and Outlook?
