Isn't "" & " tags supported in dev-archive forums.

Yes you can I think, because the "Forum Rules" (at the bottom of the page) say "vB Code is ON"

Note that vbcode as we knew it on hte previous forum isn't supported anymore (for now). With vbCode, they now mean vBulleting code, which are the elements you can use to style your text, like [b] and [i].

If you need to give code, you can use the [code] tag.
To get syntax coloring, there are some tools written by memeber which perform syntaxt coloring for several languages.
