I have an MSI file that won't run on Win XP. It says, "The Operating System is not adequate for running Application," and of course refuses to install. The application will run under NT/2000/XP. I want to correct the MSI database using Orca but I can't seem to find the right place to edit or ask the right question in the SDK help.

Any Ideas?
