PLEASE HELP!!! I am having the hardest and most frustrating time in the world trying to get an answer to this question. It is very simple, but I can't seem to get an answer...

Basically, with an already established, preexisting form (like a contact form), I want to write script in the script editor that will affect the form. Where can I learn how to do this? I want to code a button to create a new Task automatically based on information in the form contained in controls.

Basically, I want to create new controls and have them do things, not just house information. However, no one seems to be able to point me in the direction of some sort of tutorial on this or some sample code.

I don't mean using the VB Editor to create new Forms, but to use the preexisting forms and edit them by adding new controls, and adding code on the Script Editor. I don't have any idea how to use the Script Editor, though I am very familiar with VB Editor. How do I refer to buttons? How do I create events? Please help on this. Or someone please just point me in the right direction.
