I never heard of IP addresses converted to bar code:confused:

And that was exactly what we were asking. I assume you mean Carnegie Mellon...Yawn...now you know Clueless:Cat whereas you could enter in product barcodes and it would resovle to a companies web page...yep..it sure was the biggest thing since the mouse. And most web browsers that I know of have barcode display built in so you may enter them in on company product web pages. But then I've never really been interested in it.

So your answer "the stupiudest question ever" means
