Change username...
Mr Jones:
I would like to change my username but I dont like to lose my postcounts, I will tell you my new username and then you transfer all the postcounts I have now to my new user name's account, is that possible ?

Only admins can change a user name. Unless there is a very serious reason to change a user name, then we will not do this.
(Otherwise, I would be changing user names for people all of the time).
