One of My computers has a Window XP OS while The other one has a window 2000 OS.
There is a software(PowerWord2003) to be installed in both of my computers.
First, I installed it in the Window 2000 OS computer.
However, I can't install it in the windowXP OS coputer, by the way, my windowXP OS had been updated.
The error messagebox said:"Setup failed to launch installation engine: No such interface supported"

How to solve this problem?
