First, write your curriculum. Then send it to some SoftwareHouse.
Also read job announcements on newspapers and online (there are sites that gathers job offers. To start, even temporary work could be fine!). Once you find a place and job as a developer,
work there at least 1 year. Then you can decide if you found the right place or if it is better to look for something else (bigger or smaller)
