HOW TO: Read mail from Exchange 2000 using CDO libraries

How can I read inbox messages from Exchnage 2000 into SQL Server using CDO Libraries.
Sql Server is running under Windows 2003,
Exchange is running under Windows 2000 Adv. Server. Messages on Exchange are stored in MailBoxStore (in ".EDB" file).
