I have created a server application which listens to a port and waits for a connection request, and when I tried to write a client (embbed a winsock control within HTML) the troubles began. Many people recommended that I use Java to implement the client. Can anyone assist and send me a sample of an applett which connects to a socket on a server and can interact with it? (send and recieve).
The matter is very urgent 'cause I need it for work. Any help will be most appreciated and you may send me as many samples as you can.
