Load Bitmap from a specified path

Hi all,

I want to know about what is the function avalible for loading the image from file in eVC++. I already tried about "LoadImage" function, but it is not working in Windows CE, it only works on Windows 2000 version. If anybody knows about the functions other than "LoadImage" or libraries let me know.
