Does anyone know how to open up and show a message in outlook from an application?

The sample code for the pocket pc 2003 sdk shows how to create and send a message, but it never actually displays anything. I need to create the email, add an attachment and then show it in outlook for the user to type in the various fields.

And I have found that PrepareForm and ShowForm don't work in windows ce or at least for the pocket pc...
