This is Windows 2000. Every time that I would like to open the folder called "My Computer" and look at the hard drive, disk, CD, etc, the only thing that I see is just a white space and cursor is "waiting" (has the hourglass drawn over it.) In the end I'm forced to forcefully kill it and wait for the windows kernel to restart (I think that's the name of it.) Is it possible for me to fix this without having to reinstall everything?
