.NET forums display wrong number of threads
What's the problem?

I've just noticed that the number of threads and post for Visual C++.NET and Visual Basic.NET forums are not displayed correctly. I've attached an image with it.
What's the problem?

That can happen when threads are moved/deleted etc. Though I have never seen a forum set at '1' so it might be a different problem.But if you see a forum that isn't counting right and is a few off then don't sweat it too much.

Those two forums redirect to the other forums of the same names.Brad!

Those two forums redirect to the other forums of the same names.I've noticed that the link is http://www.dev-archive.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=17 instead of http://www.dev-archive.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=17. This is an inconsistency, and personaly I don't find it right. It looks odd to see two forums with 1 for threads number when all the others have good counts.
/I'm wondering what hack is this. ;)

Well...this is not a hack but rather due to the problem that both froums would basically fit into two different categories. Thus, there were simply added redirection...about the numbers...well...I simply guess the forum software does not support having these numbers synchronized...Andreas Masur at 2007-11-10 3:39:49 >

Actually, there was a change made with version 3.0 of the software. I've now replaced our 'work around' with the change that was added to this newest version of the forum software. As you'll see, the numbers no longer show up.Brad!
