Does someone know some web site where I can found reusable XML models (or even generic DTDs)?

For example, I need to store multilingual text data in an XML document (for localization purpose) and I suppose that designing the format of this document would be reinventing the wheel, as some have certainly already done that...
So I'm searching for a well-tried DTD of that sort of documents...
