Yes, after many months I have finally fixed the display of the Code button in the editors. It no longer has the white background. Rather, it is now transparent and looks much, much better.

Fixed now. Someone (internal developer) posted an update of the images from an old version of the forum directories. All should be right in the world again... ;)
