Is anyone familiar with any tools that will allow a properly formatted XML, or any other type of file, to be loaded as input in order to create a GUI? I am looking for a toolset that includes both the XML editor to get the file in the proper format and an application that can be used to load that XML file into a set of Java, C++, C, etc... source code that can be run on either Windows or Linux. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
