I found out the problem of the my MSChart OCX control loading problem in IE. After I installed the Visual Studio 6.0 to the machine, then it works. Now I need to find out what component or things added by Visual Studio that makes the OCX work. Can anyone help me on this?

I should mention that even registering the OCX is not enough, I have to install the Visual Studio. I got the same problem when trying to use the Slider control. So it is something that is missing in general for using the OCX controls unless installing the Visual Studio.
