Hi,

I've recently purchased a dell computer with Media Center 2005 OS. When I install IIS, both of my dvd drives are disable. Trouble shooting indicates that my dvd drivers are corrupted. I can use system restore to go back, but no IIS is installed, and I need that before I can install my Visual Basic .NET. I've contacted Dell support, and they suggest disabling my McAfee firewall before installing IIS, and that does not seem to help. Would you please point me to a right direction?
