Do you mean the Windows XP Boot Screen with the Windows logo and the moving loading bar?

Blue screen? Now I am confused. Do you mean the Boot Screen or the Welcome screen? There is a distinct difference.

Maybe your explorer.exe was crashed. You need to reinstall it into system32 folder

Yes Sir

You r right. Explorer. exe is crashed. Explorer is not opening. How to reload it into system32. I don't have bootable Xp CD. But i have dual OS, Other is Win98. Can I recover explore.exe of Xp from win 98.

No it`s impossible and will not work. You need to find XP explorer.exe and remember HE version and Professional may be not fully compataible on this level
