Request for an article on constructing RFID enabled solutions with .NET

Would be good if you could also attach some background info on RFID.
Also, it would be good to know what you mean by solutions. Are you looking into a more of a textual article with where RFID can be applied, the problems one would face and the possible solutions to these, or are you looking more into a technical solution ( a .Net class or a framework ) which does all this ( like the human machine interface for RFID tag detection, the database design, the security aspect to all this and such )?
