Software upgrade causing glitches?

The forums have been glitching a lot on me lately. This started happening right about the time of the forum software upgrade.

Never seen that one before. Does it happen in any browser other than Safari?

Safari. You can see that in the menu bar.

I did see it in Firefox on my machine at work. Safari is the only browser I use on my iBook. I have used Safari for years and never seen it until about 2-3 weeks ago.
