Problems while viewing threads

I'm speculating as to the specific thread you pointed out; however,...

The thread count and display on the front page is a separate process from the process that manipulates posts within a thread. As such, some actions-- such as deleting posts from a thread-- will updated a thread, but not the forum index page. The index page counter will only be updated when either a special, manual 'update counters' process is ran, or when another post is made within the thread. You can also see an issue if the last post is deleted in a thread. The person who posted the last thread will still be shown on the index page until a new post is made.

These are not errors. Rather, they are done for performance. In most cases, the minor 'issues' that are created are not critical, nor will they generally show up for very long. After all, we try to do as little deleting and such as possible.

However, what I am trying to post is that, it is not happening with just one thread. Every thread I open comes up with same issues. Either it only shows me first few posts or only the last few posts. It does not show me the complete thread like the way I used to see them.

We just did a fix to the tree view that is shown at the top. That at least is now fixed.

I believe what you are seeing is a result of how these to mods display. They seem to display only the posts at the level you are at within the tree instead of showing all posts.

I suggest switching to linear view and then you will see all posts.
