ADO Q - Opening Recordset in a Thread !

Hi,

I've a huge table in a MS Access db, and i would like to open this table when app starts and show a Progress Dialog to user ...

Problems:

1- How can i show the progress of opening the table ...
2- and How can i know the process is finished ?!
