Sample Chapter?

What's with the 'Sample Chapter' at the bottom of each of the panels at the bottom of the dev-archive index page?
Something left over from debugging?

Nope. We were/are looking to post a number of sample chapters from publishers like WROX, Sams, Addison-Wesley, MS Press, and more. We thought they belong in their own areas. We simply haven't had time to do the formatting and entering of the chapters so they can be put onto the site.
