Job postings - What catches your eye?
I've been a recruiter for five years so my question is what catches your eye in a job posting that makes you want to apply for the position? Is it a detailed requirement or location or both?
I'd love your feedback.

For most i think its the salary.. then location.. then requirement...
Funny enough some people even look at the Position title... Eg. Assistant programmer sounds more interesting than Junior Programmer, although in essence both are the same...

I've been looking around at jobs for some time now. But it mainly to get out of the area I'm living in.
So for I'm me I'm looking location - salary - requirement.
The jobs I've been looking at are ones are short and sweet. I like a general idea of job describe (not a 5-6 paragraphs, If I am interested I'll apply seek an interview and find out the rest). A good idea of what to except to be paid, and what kind of benifits/bonuses I should expect. And of course qualifications.
I've seen a few with links to company websites to find out more infomation, which is really helpful for jobs I'm really interested in.
