I need to POST a file to a url.
I can post XML to the url but I need to use multipart/related and attech a text file.

I have searched around and read the rfc's related but I cnnot figure out how to do this with IXMLHTTPRequestPtr.

Can anyone assist in this as I have aproject that requiers this file upload.
