Hi all,

I am able to create a Microsoft Word Picture in MS-Office 2003, but when I double click on that picture later to edit it, I receive a message saying:
Word cannot open the document:user does not have access privileges
I do have administrator rights on my machine, what else needs to be done then?

PS: I am able to edit Word Picture in MS-Office 2000
