why it take a much time when copy a large file in USB
When I copy a large space of file i.e 80MB on USB drive, it takes much time, near about 30 minutes.
What's the reason of that, why it take so much time to copied a any large file.

I have never heard of this before. Have you tried re-partitioning and re-formatting the flash drive?

Does your computer have a Type 1 USB port? That would slow it down, although 30 minutes seems pretty slow. Make sure that you have the latest drivers We restored a 4.9g drive over USB from an external drive today, and it was at about 600mb/minute. Windows was running, so it didn't work (as I predicted)

USB 1 vs. USB 2 should not be a factor here. USB 1 should get at least 300mb a minute. Yes, drivers would be a good thing to have if the operating system is not 2000, XP, or OS X.

Well, maybe 300Mb is USB1's theoretical speed, but I have expirenced similar problems using my flash disk in USB1 port (and this on different computers using the same OS: XP). Ofcourse I had never faced a speed of 80MBs/30minutes, but well... it took ~5 minutes for 100MBytes of data.

Of data yes but that might be 150 photos. We are talking about 1 large file. Groupings of files will transfer at slower rates but single files (especially photos and videos) always transfer faster.
