I wrote a tutorial that may be ALOT of help to others

I wrote a quite lengthy tutorial on how to create, link to, and use a Dynamic Link Library to store all your applications variables in.

<snip>

EDIT: I accidently deleted the "Step Two" of the tutorial on how to implement the dll into your applications. I will write it again and post it by the end of the night.

I hope some of you using VC++ 8 find this helpful!

Regards,
Dave Anderson

If you are interested, you can submit it for posting on this site too, http://www.dev-archive.com/.

If I submit it to dev-archive, will there be links to the original tutorials along with credits to who wrote the tutorial?

If you submit it, you will be the author of it, not dev-archive, and nobody else will take your credits for the tutorial. dev-archive would be only a publisher. And yes, if you want, you can put links, but if you publish it entirely here (notice that first it will go through a reviewing process), not sure why you will need that.

Publishing it on this site is the way to go. We don't generally allow links to other sites, although links in your bio or some other reference links are often overlooked.

If you have problems with submitting, you can email submit@dev-archive.com
