The thing is : dev-archive is probably the first foru(at least in programming) that most of us have spent our unsure, darkest early days in. That's true for me, so I've always had a "link" to this forum no matter what.

And...the people here are down-to-earth, un-snobbish(some gaming forums have "elites" who totally despise and ignore "noob" posters). The people here(except Brad, sometimes) are your everyday people : people who ain't perfect-looking, people with zits and acne, people who're unshaven and bald, and people who wear dirty worn shirts that make you feel at home.

Plus, almost everyone here don't mind making fools of themselves, from Xeon to Ree to Deniz...you get the picture.

The key thing here is naturality. :cool:
