Senior Database Developer
Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of Database Triggers, Stored Procedures, database creation and maintenance, conversions and upgrades. Write scripts for database changes in schema, stored procedures, triggers, etc. Write custom scripts in short time for customer needs using SQL, PL/SQL in UNIX, test and deliver with instructions and support the execution process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in the following:
Oracle DB 8/8i
SQL, PL/SQL
UNIX/Shell Scripts
C/PRO*C
Stored Procedures/Triggers
C++
Database Design
Informix Database
Knowledge of copying databases form one system to another, unloading loading data to and from databases and writing scripts for such activities are added advantage.
Experience in Oracle OPS, Replication and Snapshots, client server programming Informix Database are desirable.
