Ive been a long-time lurker here at CG but have only decided to join now Im currently conducting academic research on virtual communities and am hoping to get some feedback from CG members to help me proceed with my research.

Before transitioning back into academia, I was involved in e-Business architecture and IT governance and performance analysis type projects. Ive worked on e-HR portal implementations and my most recent applications related consulting gig was with the implementation of web analytics utilities for a municipal portal.

I intend to be a little more active on the forums starting now esp. since I might be heading back to a more applications development oriented role in the near future.

In the meanwhile, I direly need your help and would appreciate your participation in my research project. Ive posted a separate thread in the General Discussion Area.
