Where can I download SQL Server 2000 and Oracle Database for Linux
Can anyone give me some link(s) where I can download these packages? I Couldn't find them in Internet.

You can download the Express edition of Oracle for Linux from here:Linux Oracle (http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/xe/index.html)
SQL Server 2000, as far as I know, there is no free version of SQL Server 2000, the product you are looking for is MSDE. Not sure if this will run in a Linux envrionment though.
