I am using Crystal Report 8.5, Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 ( Database Server is on another machine in Network not on Local machine ). I have problem in Reports. There are two situations for this.

1. If there is a machine in the network, that is not the part of domain and we login into Database Server (which is in Domain) using IP address from that machine, then it'll take more time than expected ( for displaying 2 records, it'll take about 2 mins. ). But if that machine is in Domain, then it'll not take much time for displaying data.

2. If the logged in user has administrator privileges, then the Reports working fine. It'll not take much time for displaying data. But if logged in user has a normal users which has only Network privilege, then Reports are not working. But when we changed its Data base driver from 'pdssql.dll' to 'pdsoldb.dll' then these reports working fine but it'll take more time than expected ( for displaying 2 records, it'll take about 2 mins. ).

Is there any other option for improving its speed??
