I'd like to know if you're using text modules for doing your software support work and if so, which ones. (The actual text would be great.)

Before you start posting:
I'm gathering texts for a text module library for my software ReplyButler (http://www.replybutler.com/en/produkte/replybutler.php), that I want to offer the users. If you don't want me to use your text, please just say so, to avoid problems. The texts will be available for download for free to everybody, so for you of course, too.

An example:
"Please let me know whether everything works after that. (If it works I get rarely feedback; -)"
