Sr. Crystal Developer (US-WA-Seattle)

Customer Feedback, LLC., is looking to hire a full time senior software engineer to supplement our growing IT group. We expect to hire an engineer that can learn our business processes and become an expert at developing and maintaining the Crystal Reporting side of our web-based reporting system. Our requirements are as follows:

-- Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience.
-- Must be willing to supply work-related references that will verify your work ethic and communication skills.
-- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
-- Must be team-oriented and work well with, and be respectful of, others.
-- Must have Bachelor's degree; BSCS or equivalent.
-- Must be expert at Crystal Enterprise XI setup, configuration and use.
-- Must be expert at PL/SQL programming, especially Stored Procedures and understand how to write them for high performance and in accordance with Crystal's Best Practices.
-- Must be expert at Java 1.4 programming and be able to write reporting utilities that use the Crystal APIs to programmatically control generation of templates, reports and Crystal file structure.
-- Must understand J2EE concepts and how Java application servers work.
-- Must understand Struts and MVC concepts.
-- Must understand EJBs.
-- Must either know Flash Development or be willing to learn and become expert at it.

Customer Feedback, LLC. (CFB), has been in business for 12 years and is expanding. We offer consumer oriented businesses a service known as "Mystery Shopping". We send shoppers to client's stores, shops, restaurants, etc, to evaluate and rate the service they receive. Using our proprietary online tools, the shopper completes a survey about their visit, which is shared with the client company's management team.

CFB uses state-of-art J2EE systems centered around Oracle Database, Oracle Application Server, and Crystal Enterprise. We are building a high-availability, five-nines, environment that will be the model for our industry.

On a daily basis, you will be required to help administer the various system components (Database, Applications, Reporting); to work with Customer Support to identify and correct system issues; to work with management and marketing to bring new features online; to offer creative ideas that will help us become the industry leader in Mystery Shopping services.
