The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships, through creative use of telephone, internet and e-mail techniques. Since the ISR is very often our first contact with prospects/customers, they are responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle, including: gathering customer information and requirements, qualifying leads, following up with customers and closing deals. ISRs are also responsible for working closely with the Marketing team to make sure effective sales tools are developed.

Minimum Experience:
One to three years of telemarketing or sales experience.
Consistent track record of inside sales related achievement
Demonstrable ability to develop solid product knowledge
Two or more solid employment references from relevant sources
Must demonstrate excellent phone, computer and follow-up skills
Experience with contact management software such as Salesforce.com is highly desired.
Experience in conducting web conferences is highly desired.
Education:
BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent is required.
