We are seeking a Contract Recruiter on-site in our Bensalem office to support a rapidly growing client as part of a team responsible for technical and non-technical hires. Open positions include Software Engineering, Network Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.



This is currently a Part Time position but additional hours may be available serving other clients. Hours are flexible but the Contract Recruiter must work on-site in our office in Bensalem (minutes from I95 and the PA Turnpike).


Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Sourcing candidates using a variety of means including Internet resources.
Screen candidates using Human Capital Consultants phone interview techniques and the clients technical questions.
Partner with Human Capital Consultants Project Manager to meet project goals.
Required Experience

2 to 3 years of full lifecycle Recruitment experience. Agency Recruitment experience is required. Corporate Recruitment experience would be a plus.
Technical Recruiting experience is a huge plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with professionals at all levels of our clients organization.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively on a fast-paced and constantly changing project.
Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Experience with Internet recruiting and proficiency using job boards.
Strong attention to detail.
This is an open ended contract that can go very long term. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter looking for part time work and a flexible schedule.
