Customer Support Representative
Primary Responsibilities
Considers needs of customers served through self-service online channels and suggests initiatives to meet their needs.
Handles escalated customer issues.
Takes responsibility to become fully trained on the application modules.
Assist existing clients with account setup and support.
Answer questions from prospective clients and leads about the various features and benefits of our communications plans.
Uploading of voice and data scripts
Required Skills
College degree or equivalent years of experience.
1-2 years technical support experience troubleshooting software issues.
Ability to solve complex technical/product issues.
Must be a self-starter, and possess strong analytical skills.
Extensive knowledge of all relevant products preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
