Are you a seasoned Java programmer with the following skills;

We are seeking an experienced senior java developer that will lead a small team to design, develop, and maintain complex web applications for an online gaming company.

Work in the comfort of your home. You will work remotely to manage, maintain, and implement a number of projects for us on a full-time permanent basis. In addition you will be responsible for finding at least two junior programmers that you will manage.

You need to be a dependable and experienced Java programmer, and will be responsible for managing and integrating our website(s) (you will have html/css/design staff prep all files for you) and interfacing with several providers (payment processors, gaming systems, etc..). In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining our Customer Service Web Application as well as develop our Affiliate Program. You will also be responsible for hiring your support staff (junior devs) and for managing their work flow and deliverables.

We are looking for a self-starter who will be able to dedicate their time to gaining an intimate knowledge of our applications and ultimately be
responsible for managing them.
