I have a question regarding temporary internet files. I noticed very recently that my temporary internet explorer folder is always empty . I checked the settings in internet options and settigns and it has around 15000mb space allocated to the folder and in the advanced tap the check box on delete temporary files on closing the browser is also not ticked. So where are all my temporary files getting saved. In the settings , i made sure it is linked with c:/document and settings/my name/localsettings /temporary internet folder. What i am curious about is it was workign fine until 2 days back. I have a vmware in my computer, in that , it stores all the temp files in the temporary internet folder alright.

Is there any other place i need to look for changes? I am going to do a complete spyware scan to make sure it's not any spyware causing this.

Any clue anyone?
